- Sweet onion cut longways

- Add leftover grilled steak cut in strips
- Small amount of beef broth as needed to prevent scorching
- Sandwich rolls cut and spread open
- Add slices of provolone cheese
- Toast under broiler till cheese melts
- Add meat mixture
